Point A and Point B aren't language I made up for a website. It's the framework I work in and build on with my colleagues at Absolute Sport Science — a full method for establishing where someone actually is and defining what has to change to get them where they need to be.
It's been tested at the level where being wrong costs someone a season. Ohio State runs our Learning Module as a foundational part of its intern education. The Pittsburgh Pirates implemented our reverse hyper program on their major league roster after a day of staff instruction. Programs at Florida, Miami, and UCLA use the work, and coaches in the NFL and Division I bring me in on cases they want another set of eyes on.
What you get in an assessment is that framework applied to one body instead of a roster — by someone who teaches it to the people who run it at that level.
